This "hidden field" stores the Phone Call ID "sets of values" for Phone (UCL) Contacts. WFPrior.png Call ID sets are determined by the values of the Number and Category fields for the same record / row. WFForward.png A Call ID "set of values" can then be selected from the Phone Hot List's - Call ID field.
